I believe that whether you tap 5-5-3 or 5-3, it gives the same stats. Any reason to do one over the other?

Re: No RBI on double play

The play mentioned does record an RBI in iScore, even though by rule, it shouldn't. And, I think noted in other threads, it doesn't record the expected GDP. Here's how I scored it: Runner on 1st & 3rd with 0 outs. Tap Out, ground out, grounder, place ball, next, 4-3-6, done. Runner on 3rd? Safe, Hom...

Re: Changing input order for runners and inplay ball

Double-tapping where the ball is hit could be a way of not changing how fielders are subbed. And, if the Out and In Play options remain, I don't think the experience will change for anyone unless they want it to.

Re: Changing input order for runners and inplay ball

I understand some of the difficulties in implementing this, but I do agree with rodz. It would be easiest for me to score it in the sequence I see it -- if a ball is hit, I tap or double-tap where the ball is hit to, select the type of hit, then touch Next to go to the "Out" or "Safe" options.

Courtesy Runner Issue

I had an issue using a courtesy runner recently. In Pitch by Pitch the courtesy runner showed up as batting the next time the original batter came up. Here's what happened: The team had nine players batting and all had batted at least once. In a later inning, the catcher was up and singled. A courte...

but the GDP stat is missing on batter as previously noted in forum in the 3-6-4 example).
When I tapped out the 3-6-4 play, I received the GDP. Perhaps you answered that "the runner that was on first base" was out at first rather than second.

Re: Stats order on website

I cleared the cache and now all is working as expected. Thank you.

I missed the post about javascript so didn't get a chance to test but have had some issues with security software and scripting conflicting recently, so that could have played a part as well. Thanks to all.

Re: Stats order on website

My team website is using the new sort order on my iPhone usign the Safari browser that comes w/iOS 4.33 (8J2), but is sorting only by batting average when pulled up on my Windows 7 desktop using IE9.08112.16421. Let me know if I can provide additional information.

Re: Scatter chart

+1 for adding a bunt total per player on the hits charts that are found on the team and admin websites. The totals currently include 1b, 2b, etc. but not bunts.
