Does the scorekeeper have to determine if it he thinks it would have been a hit or not and score it accordingly? If so, what if...

Where in the stats does it reflect when a catcher picks off a runner at third after a pitch? It is not showing up in the PK column if it is supposed to or anywhere else that I can see. Perhaps I am just entering it incorrectly. Is it just reflected as a PO? Thanks in advance.
