Im looking on the web for hit locations for teams. I see it. I click it. A diagram is generated for each player, but not actual locations. Any ideas???

when i log on to iscorecentral i get a message that says invalid customer ID. any ideas why? same as it ever was.

After our first game last night, and first time using iScore, the game was sync'd to iScorecast, and then disappeared from Game Manager. How do I get it back on Game Manager so I can see the field screen to look at hits?
