Timeouts

Post by Trojanhorse » Tue Feb 15, 2011 9:08 pm

I am using the newest version on the iPad. Whenever I press the timeout button in either coach or game mode the program kicks out to my desktop. What gives?

When you say the newest version, are you referring to v2.40.68 (you can see the version in the bottom left on the title screen)? We just tested this scenario... Game Manager, select game in progress, Play, clock starts counting down, Timeout, Home, Done. It did not crash. Are the steps you are using any different?

Ok. Same version. Game manager. Fullscreen (or split results are the same)
Game on. Stop clock. Press timeout button.
Spinwheel window pops up but before I can press home or set time the program crashes.

I am using a iPad v4.2.1 and gave 28GB memory available

When I try to rest the clock by double tapping I get the spinwheels but again the program crashes.

Thanks for your help.

I just upgraded from 2.36 to 2.40 and tested the scenario. I could not produce a crash. Have you tried a reboot of your Ipad?

If you can do an Options->Export from your device and email your customer ID to support@iscorecentral.com with a small description of the issue, we can take a look at your database. Maybe something about your data is causing the crash that is not causing it for others.
