App crashes
Re: App crashes
Just happened again. I was looking at my teams stats for a specific game. I wanted to exit back to the main application screen. From the stats page I selected Game Info to go back to the game summary, then I selected back to go to the list of all games and then from the game manager screen I selected back and the application shut down. Doesnt happen all of the time but fairly consistent. I exported my database after the crash.

Re: App crashes
Was there anything that was done leading up to this point? Did you just finish scoring a game? Or did you just start the application up, go to team stats, and then this occurred? We are trying to reproduce the steps for the crash so we can track it down in a debugger, but when we do just those steps, we do not see anything.
If you can turn on the option in iTunes during Synch for your device that sends crash reports to Apple, we will be able to review that crash report and it may help us identify the issue. Thank you.

Re: App crashes
We just submitted update 2.14 to Apple that includes some stability fixes. Specifically, we found an issue where if you happen to have a player visible on the court, and Exit the scoring screen, you may get a crash. No data will be lost, and you can go right back into the app to continue scoring, but this issue is fixed in this update.
In addition, we updated the Lineups for games so you can rearrange the player order in the lineups, fixed an issue where using Undo after a period ends to go back to the previous period could cause unexpected behavior with the clock, and a couple other small issues were addressed.

Re: App crashes
How do I set the option to send crash reports through Itunes as requested?

Re: App crashes
v2.14 has been approved by Apple, so be sure to update on your device as that release should actually fix the issue with Exit sometimes crashing.
If you still continue to get crashes for any reason, you can submit the crash reports to us and it will help us troubleshoot. Here is a link to Apple's site on how to submit the report:
http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/ ... tions.html
Here is a copy/paste of what is at that link (though not as nicely formatted):

Sending Crash Reports to a Developer
When the application you’re testing crashes, iOS creates a record of that event. The next time you connect your device to iTunes, iTunes downloads those records (known as crash logs) to your computer. To help get the problem fixed, you should send crash logs of the application you’re testing to its developer.
Sending Crash Reports from Macs
To send crash logs to developers:
In the Finder, open a new window.
Choose Go > Go to Folder.
Enter ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice.
Open the folder named after your device’s name.
Select the crash logs named after the application you’re testing.
Choose Finder > Services > Mail > Send File.
In the New Message window, enter the developer’s email address in the To field and <application_name> crash logs from <your_name> (for example, MyTestApp crash logs from Anna Haro) in the Subject field.
Choose Message > Send.
In the Finder, you may delete the crash logs you sent to avoid sending duplicate reports later.
Sending Crash Reports from Windows
To send crash logs to developers, enter the crash log directory (Listing 9-1 and Listing 9-2) in the Windows search field, replacing <user_name> with your Windows user name.
Listing 9-1 Crash log storage on Windows Vista
C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/MobileDevice
Listing 9-2 Crash log storage on Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\<user_name>\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter
Open the folder named after your device’s name and send the crash logs for the application you’re testing in an email message using the subject-text format <application_name> crash logs from <your_name> (for example, MyTestApp crash logs from Anna Haro) to the application’s developer.
