Shot chart total shots is greater than statistics

Post by Mtutalo » Wed Apr 13, 2011 6:13 pm

When reviewing the stats after my daughters game i noticed that a certain players made and missed shots didn't match between the shot chart and statistics table. I understand how the shot chart may be less if you do not place all shots but i cannot figure out how it can be more. Is this a bug or am I doing something incorrectly.

Example:
Statistics show player was 5 for 8 shooting overall
Shot chart shows 5 for 10

Is it possible you used the manual adjustments and changed the stats? And you are looking at 2PT shots + 3PT shots?

If you want to do an Options->Export and email us your customer ID (found on Options screen) to support@iscoresports.com and tell us which game and player you are seeing a discrepancy with, we can take a look at your data.

Thanks for the reply. I am pretty sue I did not adjust it manually. I have exported the data and will send my customer ID , game time, and player name momentarily. She did not shoot any 3 pt field goals. Thanks again for offering to look at my data.
