App crashes

I recent updated my iscore basketball and now it will not load so that I can use it. I have deleted it and reloaded it and it still does not work. It's an app that I would like to be able to use tomorrow. And that I paid for help me please

What device.... Iphone, ipod touch, ipad?

When did you download iscore app ?
(the most recent version came out 11/27, if you have a prior version, upgrade to the 11/27 version, v 2.10)

Was it a first install or an update?

Any chance you are on a "jailbroke" phone?

What apple os version pn ypur device? (settings )

I have a iPhone no it is not a jail break. I down loaded the app before the 11-27 update and it was working fine. I down loaded the update on 11-27 and sine that time it has not worked at all I try to open the app and the screen comes up for a few seconds and the goes away to the origional screen of the iPhone that shoes apps. Thus is very frustrating as I have paid for it and hope to use it at my son high school game tomorrow

Two things to try.

First, try a full reboot of your device. Hold down the power button on top of the iPhone until you get the "slide to power off" message. Slide the button across the screen and your device will power off. Then power it back on and see if things start up fine. (NOTE: The reason for doing this is sometimes memory is not freed by the iPhone OS, and this will force memory to be freed up.)

The second thing is to check your OS version and let us know what that is. It can be found by going to Settings -> General -> About on your device, and there will be a Version number listed on the About screen.

Ok I shut down the system and that didn't work. The version number is3.1.3(7e18)

We found a device running iOS version 3.1, and we are seeing the crash as well. We will work to address this ASAP, but it is going to require a new submission to Apple.

In the meantime, if you update your device to iOS 4.1 (Apple's newest iOS update --- free for all users to update), it works fine in that version.

We submitted an update to Apple tonight (v2.11) that addresses this crash issue. There is no new functionality in this update, just the fix for this crash. Hopefully Apple will approve it quickly.

The application crashes sometimes when going back to main screen from game info. This has happened four or fives times sine the update to enhance the viewable area.

We will look into this to see if we can find what might be causing it. Do you have a set of steps where starting from the main menu, it will cause a crash consistently? Or does it only happen randomly? In trying to narrow down the issue, it helps if there is a set of reproducible steps. Thank you.
