How to get started

I just purchased this app for my iPad. However, where do you go to find the court to start a game?
The quick start steps are:
1. Go to Team Manager to create your teams
2. Go to Game Manager, create a game between 2 teams
3. Tap the Play button to go into the game you have created
4. Tap Play again when the game starts, and you can begin scoring.
