The combo reports being generated do not balance to the box scores. Points scored in a game was 35 but the combo report total shows only 26 points total. I also checked the other stats and they are all off.

They will be off if you don't assign the stats to players (i.e. you assign something to the "team" instead of a player). Also, the points do not include free throws. Chances are your point differential is the free throws.

Why wouldn't free throws be included? They happen with the same rotation and count toward differential. All stats are assigned to a player we have none assigned to team.

We will likely change this in a future update. One other thing that can cause the stats to not add up is that since we allow you to select a player that is not currently on the court (when you tap a player in the lineups on the iPad), you can have stats occur for players that are not part of a "combo". For combos to work correctly, you need to make sure you are only entering stats for players that are currently "in the game". This is a tradeoff scorekeepers will make between those asking for the ability to assign stats to players not in the game (instead of having to do a sub) and those that want accurate combo reports.

If you have an issue that does not fall into these categories, please do an Options -> Export and email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID and the specific game/stats that are not what you expect in the combo report and we can look at your data.

I agree that Free Throw points need to be included in the Combo Reports. If you have a group with a big man and your group gets him to the line a lot you need to be recognized as having those points scored.
