Have not been able to open Game Manager since May. Able to open other Manager options.

Originally thought it was because I have not updated iPad in a while. But have done that, and updated the iScore app as well. Still crashes everytime I tap the Game Manager button.

Hoping to resolve without having to delete and reinstall iScore app. Thanks!

Do an Options -> Export within iScore to send your data to our server, then try this:

1. Log in to the Admin Website (http://my.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) using the information from the Options -> Admin Website screen

2. Click the Maintenance link in the upper right corner

This will check your database to see if anything is "corrupt". If so, it will give you an option to fix it, and then re-import it back to your device.

If that does not work, then email us your customer ID (found on Options screen) to support@iscoresports.com.

If it DOES work, please post back here and let us know.
