I use my user name and password, given to me on the options page, to log onto the admin website and I get a "website cannot be displayed". Any suggestions? Thank you.

Try doing an Options -> Export from your device and then try logging in again. If that does not work, please email the information you are logging in with to support@iscoresports.com and we will take a look.
