Two issues I can't solve, when offensive player fumbles the ball and no matter who recovers, there is no recording for the loss of yardage. Am I doing something wrong?

Offense scores TD on Pass play, there is a roughing the passer penalty. Yes the markoff happens on the kickoff, but the program fails to credit the QB for TD pass..
