Scorecard on Team Websites?

Just noticed on my website that the scorecard and scorecast were no longer there for any of the games. I emailed the game to myself and the scorecard and scorecast the one emailed game repopulated. It appears I would need to email all of those games to fill the website again.

Is there a way to remove a scorecard from the team-site after it has been posted (emailed)?

You can make updates to the game, and re-send it and it will replace what is there. Or you can delete the game. Otherwise it is there permanently. We can remove one for you if you email us directly at support@iscorecentral.com.

Why would you remove one after having added it?

If I delete the game from the Admin site (it should remove the game from the web site) - then re-sync with the device - which should put the game back on the web without the scorebook. ??

I was asked if they could be removed (long story). I didn't think they could, but I thought I would ask. Didn't think about the deleting the game and then re-syncing.

The scorecard would still be there if you delete and re-add. Was just saying if you delete the game, the scorecard would disappear along with the game itself. If you want to keep the game on the website, but remove the PDF, send us an email with your customer ID and which game to remove the scorecard for.

Ah, gotcha. I had a scoring problem with a game early this year and wanted get it corrected.

My workflow:
- printed out the scorecard, and play by play from the game I wanted to rescore
- I deleted the game, resynced, then rescored the game using the print outs from above.
- after rescoring the game, followed my normal iscore update/sync procedure

Everything updated great with no issues.

I will say rescoring a game is not a quick process, it took about an hour, shorter than the real game but still not a short quick process.

I am still struggling with getting the scorecards posted to the Team Website (or Admin site for that matter). I can email to "web" and it seems to go fine, but I still cannot find the scorecard anywhere.

Once it is up there ... where would I find it?

Scorecards do Not post to admin site

Scorecards do post to team web site and

They will appear under the games tab, by game on the right side under 'views'

1. You need to export your data (options export) to post the game to team site

2. You need to email (to web or yourself or anyone) your scorecard to post the scorecard to team web site

Troubleshooting...
Does the game post to the team web site after you option export? If not, check league assignments, The game must include the "Team" and the "team" and game must be assigned the same league that is showing on the team web site (upper right drop down menu)..
