How can you get the same ID on different devices?

Go to the Options screen from the title screen and it will show your Customer ID in the bottom left.

it sounded like you may have been asking if you can change a devices ID ... the answer is no. The customer/Device IDs are unique to the hardware. each device has a unique number based on the handheld device ... as such you can not transfer the ID or make another device have the same ID.
