We had a very strange play in a high school varsity game the other day that I am not clear on how to score.

A player hit a fence clearing home run but did not touch first base.

On appeal after the play was complete the first base ump called the out because the runner did in fact not touch first base.

How is that scored?

We would probably just score it as Out, Other, and put a note saying what happened.
