Iscore Cast

I sent a cast out to a few parents. They are not receiving the email link. I also sent it to my self and I did receive it. We don't know why they are not receiving it. I do have the correct email address. That is not the issue. Is there something in settings that is not correct? No idea.... Help please.

Sometimes emails will be sent to SPAM by the receiving email provider if they do not recognize the email address they are coming from. The email address we send from is "DoNotReply@iscoresports.com". The parents that have not received the email can try sending an email to "DoNotReply@iscoresports.com" --- they can just send the word "test" in the subject and body --- and then their email provider should recognize us as a "friend" and they should receive future emails.
