Missing games on stats

On Monday I scored five straight games. They were all broadcasted and they are all on my iPad and on the server. When I go to my teams stats, two of the five games are missing. The games can be found on the games button. I have already tried to turn on the all button and import the games. Neither thing has worked. Please advise why two of the five games that were scored back to back are missing .

If they are showing on the Games list, but not showing in Teams stats, then one of a few things is happening:

1. Is the game complete? Stats are only calculated when the game is complete. You can tap the Recalc button at any time to view the stats

2. If the game is complete, then it sounds like you may have created a second copy of your team using the same name. If you go to Team Manager, do you see your team listed twice? You can use Merge to fix that.

3. If you created a second team, but then deleted that second team, you can use the steps at this link to undelete the team, then use Merge as in #2 above to combine the teams back into a single team.

fyi... we see a support email from you, and looking at your data, we can see that it is #1... two of the games were not "completed". We responded to your email as well about the issue and the specific two games.
