Roster changes from year to year for opposing teams
Can you delete a team's whole roster so that you can start fresh when creating a game in the next season? I created a game this week and had to decipher who the new players were and the returning players all while trying to enter the starting lineup right before the game. Too confusing.
Re: Roster changes from year to year for opposing teams
You have multiple ways to handle this
1) my preference, is to create a new team year to year in game manager
Eg Team2015. Team2016 etc. this way I can easily go back to last year team stats
- when you build 2016 roster, use the add player button to add names from prior years, that way career stats are combined with the player. Create new player for true freshmen .
2) another way is In your team roster (game manager > team > roster) slide players down to the inactive list and they will not show up as defaults when you make a new game roster
In both scenarios, remember the roster in team manger ( names, numbers, order and positions) becomes the default line up in game manager when you create a new game. This minimizes changes needed at game start
