Team Website not accessible through Team
Team Website not accessible through Team
I purchased the team website option before release 2.7 and it seems that iscore recognizes that I have purchased the website but it is still asking me to buy the website option under my team. I would think that I should be able to access the website or it should at lease show that I don't have the option to buy it again (even accidentally). How should this feature be working through the team?

Re: Team Website not accessible through Team
I do not think this is a one off issue.... instead i think it may be a user interface suggestion, not a functionality problem (if it is not, then i have same issue)...
I too have team web sites purchased before v2.7,
New with v 2.7 when you click on a team in team manager, you now have the new option called "team Website".. if you tap on it , for a team that i do not have a web site for it shows "check availability", if i tap on it for a team i do have a web site for, it says http://iscoebaseball.com/teamname" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; is active (in small print) and in big print has the $19.99 buy button. Perhaps it should say active in big print and renew/buy in small print/smaller button..

Re: Team Website not accessible through Team
Ah yes... that is actually to Renew for another year. Apple made us take out reference to "Renew". They have this weird thing where a "subscription" must be available to all devices owned by a user, but in our case, we can not have a team website coming from all devices because each device may have different data on it. We tried to explain we are using the iPhone as a "producer" of information, not a "consumer" of information, and it does not make sense for it to be on all devices. They are thinking of the best way to handle this type of "subscription", but for now, we had to sell the team website as a "consumable", but you can not use "Renew" for a consumable even though that is what you are doing. Very strange policy. I guess we are developing a new area for them where a device is a producer of website data instead of a consumer.
Anyway, they are supposed to be bringing it up at an internal meeting and getting back to us on how we can have "subscriptions" tied to a single device.
