The photo area is too small IMO. Most cameras today are at least 6-8 Mg pixel cameras and when uploaded they are too large.

Can the photos that get uploaded be turned into thumbnails (150x150) and then when clicked on them a new window will be opened to see the picture full size?

We will add the same functionality we have on Team Websites that will allow you to plug in free photo add ons like Picassa.
