How do I get the headshots visible on the iScorecast games? I searched and found references to enabling on the team website but that's a paid option for an actual site correct? I have uploaded a headshot for a player and it shows next to his name on the roster in the admin site as well as the flip on the player card while viewing on my device.

They will automatically appear in iScorecasts if you have them associated with your players in the Admin Website.

I'm simulating a game right now and the headshot for that player is still a silhouette.

When you log in to the Admin Website for the account you are scoring the game on, you see the headshot, but then in an iScorecast from that same device you do not? If you can email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and a link to the iScorecast where you are not seeing the headshot, we will take a look to see what is going on.

It works now. I think I just needed to wait for it to sync. Headshots are on iScoreCast now. Thanks.

I have a question about uploading player profile pictures, or 'head shots'

I select Team Manager, select a team, then Roster, then a player from the team roster. At the bottom center of that player's 'Player Info" page is an image of a camera. When I touch that camera icon a dialog ballon titled 'Choose a Source' offers two choices: 'Camera' which is placed above 'Photo Album.' When I choose either of them the dialog ballon disapears and then that's it, nothing happens. Neither the devices camera or photo album load after that. I've checked to see if the app has access to the camera and the photo albums. There isn't a toggle switch for the camera but both the available choices ('Contacts' and 'Photos') are both toggled to the on position.

Am am able to go into the Player Manager, select a player and upload an image into that page. However, that doesn't work as it provides the same picture to the player across multple teams; the specific problem is that the player is wearing the same jersey for different teams. That is why I was hoping to go thru the method in the above paragraph to upload a photo of the player in the appropriate team jersey.

You are correct that the photos only upload through Player Manager right now. We need to fix the Team Manager link to a player to allow uploading the image again (it broke with an iOS update). Even when it is fixed however, the headshot will still be for the player across all teams the player is on - we do not have player headshots on a per team basis.
