I was scoring a game. First inning went fine. Second inning first batter walked. The runner did not advance to first after 4 balls. I checked my settings to make sure there wasn't something wrong there. Looked fine. I have logged off, shut down, restarted and it did not fix my problem.

The only way the batter would not advance after 4 balls is from one of two settings. In the bottom right corner of the main scoring screen, tap the Settings button. Then check the "Balls for Walk" and make sure it is set to 4. It sounds like you may have checked this one already. The less obvious one is a bit further down and is called "Coach Pitch On Walk". Make sure you have this set to NO. In some very young leagues, instead of a batter actually getting a base after a walk, the coach comes in and pitches to the batter, and that is what this setting is for.
