Female avatar iscorecast

The last two games I scored showed male players on iscorecast animation. I recently changed devices. Is there something I need to turn on to get the females back? I checked and the teams are correctly marked softball. Previously the batter was female. This was on computer viewing. Did not check iScore central app. Thx.

This is set by going to the game settings in the bottom right on the main scoring screen, and selecting Softball mode there. (Different from team selection of softball vs baseball).

Thanks. I knew there was a step I was missing. The new device reset all my settings.
