More Than One Device Causing Multiple Games

Post by jdelmoral » Thu Mar 17, 2016 1:09 pm

Here is the issue I'm currently having. I have 2 devices, a smartphone and a tablet. I score the games on my tablet but i do all of the editing on the admin website or my smartphone. what i'm running into is duplication of games on the scoreboards when.

I will add a game we play on my cell phone and export it or add it on the admin site and import it to my cell phone and copy the data to the customer id for the tablet then import it when i get home.

i guess my question is what is the best way to manage data on my main device, the tablet since it is what i score games on. all this information is also duplicated on the team website.

You can transfer data between your devices using data sharing as described here:

Any time you do something on the phone, you can transfer it to your tablet using the steps above. If you have an optional team website, it only links to a single device, so you would want it linked to your tablet, and it would show the data that is on your tablet.
