My iPad became pass key Locke. In unlocking it Apple wiped everything from my iPad. I had the major league add on for iScore. How do I recover this ad don that I paid for?

Exact stros Depends on how you restore your device but in general w iTunes account just ise user name you used to purchase originally

But the general rule w Apple you just download apps w original iTunes account and password

My iPad was brought back as a new iPad I then restored the porch awe from the App Store but I am not getting my MLB add on. What could I be doing wrong?

If you previously purchased as an in app purchase, you can go through the the process again with the same login and it will say you already purchased and ask if you want to install again.
