When attempting to email a games iScorcast Link either while actively scoring a game, or after the game has completed, I am unable to type in an email address. The email window comes up on my phone, but he To: field is "greyed out" and the keyboard does not come up to type in an address.

I did get the updated Version V5.009 and just checked to see if there was any other updates and I am current.

I have scored and emailed hundreds upon hundreds of games over the years. I know how the function should work.

I am sure it is something simple but cannot seem to figure it out.

I downloaded v5.009 and replicated this issue.

Does not work when the program opens the native email phone app (aka "white screen email') to email scorecaat link from 1) game info screen and 2a)radio tower icon and 2b)misc menu on main scoring screen..

Does work to email stats that use iscore to email (aka 'black screen' with toggles) from player manager, team mamager, and game manager.

We went to Game Manager, selected a game, scrolled down and tapped Email iScorecast Link", tapped in To: and was able to send fine.

We then went to the scoring screen, tapped Misc -> Email Game Link, and it was very slow (will look into this) but did come up and allow entering an email.

Also tried from the "radio tower" and it worked.

Did the same on an iPad Air 2 and same results... from Game Info screen it came right up. From scoring screen, it took about 15 seconds for it to come up which we will check into why.

Using same device..

I retried and able to reproduce similar but different results.

1) Game info screen > email link - instant
2) Game score screen > radio icon > email link = 30 seconds
3) Game score screen >misc menu > email link = 30 seconds

( i repeated a couple times w timer, same 30 sec results)


But when i change order, times change

1) Game score screen >misc menu > email link = 30 seconds

2) radio icon > email link = Instant

3) Game info screen > email link - instant

Odd ..and then

And when i change order again

1) radio tower > email - 15 seconds

2) menu misc > email - 20 seconds

3) game info > email link - instant

Able to repeqt multiple times, with phone mail app open and closed.


Fyi.
I am using the same device (iphone 5s , ips 10.2.1) and same test iscore v5.009 with a very small database (just 2 test games).

We are looking into a fix for this. Thank you.

Fyi v5.010 update is in the app storee. However, so you know it is not the update for the 'email iscorecast link' issues. This issue is still intermittent, with the email screen sometimes snap loading instantly, sone times delayed a few seconds, and at other times delayed up to over half a minute.
