how to add new device to web console (resolved)

Sorry if this answer is already here somewhere, but could not find it.

I had to wipe my android tablet device and reinstall the iscore app. When doing so, it gives me a new user (device) ID. When I login to my admin console on the web, the new device ID is not listed in the account section next to devices. I can't seem to be able to find how to get this new device ID into my admin account.

Answering my own question, in case someone else needs this....

After installing the app on the device that I wiped, I had to login to the admin console with the device ID and password, and under account, I had to register the device with the email address I used for the same device from before the wipe. Basically, even though it is the same device, after wiping it, and reinstalling the iscore app, it gets a new device ID that has to be registered to the same email address from the admin console.
