Create roster on admin website (option export/import) (answered)

If I create a team and roster on the admin website, how do I sync that data with my ipad?
The handheld device is the primary database, the admin site is seconday (and back up) . You move data between device and admin server with device> iscore> option> export/import
Steps
1. device > iscore> option > export ( to make sure admin site up to date)
2. log into my.iscorecentral.com (aka admin site) and do your roster work.. then when done
3. device > iscore> option > import (to return update database back to device)
