I forgot my ipad which is where I have always scored our games. I put all the info on my phone, thinking I was logged into my account. I then went to my phone and exported the data,and went to my ipad and imported what I thought was the data. My ipad lost all the data and is showing 9 games of the 42 games we have had this year. When I went to my usernames on each device I noticed they were different user names. When I go online on my computer, next to games is the tab scorecasts, all the games are posted there. Is there a way to get my scorecasts and all the data from the game back to my ipad, which is where I have always scored the games? Please help, I use this for a huge way.

I am not following the specific import/export steps you did . But If you are interested in 'understanding "why" you lost the data and how to avoid in future...if you explain in steps how you loaded your phone data and then the steps . Will be glad to help you understand the "why" and how in future to use multiple devices effectively .

I went to options export from the device with username CFB1432049 and exported games, I then went to my other device and imported those games, yet that device has user name BD609C0DE0. At that time I didn't realize they were two accounts. Is there a way to get my 43 games back? If I go onto myiscorecentral.com under games --> scorecasts I can see most of my games. Can I use scorecasts to retrieve my games? Or is there any way to undo what I did when exporting and importing?

Also, I can find several, but not all, of my games on my scoreboard tab when I am logged into my account through my computer. Is that a way to retrieve all the data?

What data share options did you try (options> data share > get from web) as described in the thread i provided in prior post

Which options and what happened? i would think #2, specifically ("SC:") would have resolved your issues.

i am also a bit un clear on exactly what you did and the issue you are having .. I will try and recap below, but you may need to post back with more details of your steps.

  Sounded like you did an "option > export", If so- than those 43 games should be on the my.iscorecentral.com admin server and iPad.
  i am not clear why the 43 games are not still on Your IPAD, unless you did NOT do the "option > export" from iPad before doing an "option > import" (as warning says, it over writes your data base with the last exported data. )
  Regardless, even if you accedentaly wiped out the 43 games on your ipad, and they are still showing on iscorecentral.com, (ID = BD609C0DE0) you can retrieve those games by option 2 (in the referenced help thread) if all your games were scored w active internet connection and iscorecast enabled or option 3 depending on how synchronization enabled under options.
  
  On second device, iphone , ( ID =? guess, CFB1432049) sounds like you scored a new game and then option exported.
  That game should still be on your phone and retrievable to ipad using option > data share> get from web > using iphone id CFB1432049 and password - as described in option 2.

In sum, with an active internet connection, You can share and retriveve games easily between two devices using Options > Data share - option 1, 2 and 3 as described in this help thread. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=12008
