Okay, I'm not website savvy (at all)...in fact, I feel it was a big accomplishment to be able to get the site changed to reflect our team colors. However, I think I've got some issues with what we have on our site.

Our team site is http://www.baseball.iscorecentral.com/gulfcoaststorm. When I view it from home, everything looks fine, but when I open the site at work or on my phone, the display is all distorted. Only half of the header is visible, and the content section is all out of place.

Is this something that I have done wrong on the settings for the site, or is it more likely just a browser issue at my work pc and on my phone?

I had trouble getting the header to load without having multiple header images all across that section. It was just trial and error with resizing my image to get it to fit. Maybe this is the problem and if so, how do I adjust that to show the correct header image?

Also, how do you get images to load into the content section and on the background without them being "tiled"?

Sorry for the horrible descriptions, but if you click on our site, you might see the problems that I'm talking about.

I opened the site and the site looks good. I am using Mozilla Firefox on a 21" screen.

Impressive batting stats for the little guys.

Looks like the truth is he wanted to show off those unbelievable stats! 22-2 with the lowest batting average on the team being .472... wow!

The site looks great when we open it in IE8.

For the "top image", if you use the "logo" image, it will not repeat. Anything used as a "background image" (content, header, or browser) will "tile" to fill the available space. Since a web page is not created at a fixed size, this will always be the case.

If you were getting weirdness from a mobile device, it could just be bandwidth issues where the large images you are using take a while to load... especially when loading from a phone if not connected via WiFi.

We definitely are not seeing anything unexpected when opening it though. If you are seeing something weird and want to send a screenshot of what you are seeing to us, you can send it to support@iscorecentral.com, but it looks good in our browser.

Thanks guys! I'm thinking it's probably just something with my browser settings at work, or the bandwidth issue. I use Firefox and also tested it in IE8 at home, and it is always fine. I'll keep working with the logo images. It's fun to see it all come together, and the kids love seeing all their stuff on the site.

I'm sure that our pitching stats probably clued you in to us being a coach pitch team...other than our GREAT coaching, I'm thinking that having dad pitch to our guys kinda gives the averages a boost! We've only played 2 games in kid pitch (the 2 losses), but we had to move up an age group to do that, so I think we did pretty well on those games.

Thanks again for the really quick replies!
