Games not showing up on team website

The last game that i scored, the play by play did not show up on our team web site. Also, games that I've recently entered will show up on the admin website at my.iscorecentral.com but not on the team website? i've got i-scorecast set to "on" and have "i-scorecast synchronized" before pressing play on the games. Just set-up a test game and the same is occurring.

Jim,
Sounds like we need to go through a process of elimination.

Have you fully shutdown your device and tried the process again?
Do you have another device you can connect to your team site to test whether something is wrong with the original device?
Maybe FTM can setup a test site for you to connect to to see if all data is getting sent.

You may have already done this, but wanted to get some clarity.

Most of the time when people start telling us this is happening it is because they have gotten a new device and do not realize team websites are tied to their old device. Is that the case here? If so, please email us directly at support@iscorecentral.com with your old device ID, new device ID, and team name, and we can transfer the website to pull data from your new device.
