Lost entire game info

Hi
I scored an entire game, hit end game and exited to export. I lost the entire game and lineups. What did I do wrong and is there any chance to get the info back? Thank you!

You may have a league issue. Go to league manager, make sure "all" is checked. Your game should be there. Otherwise are you sure you hit export not import?

All is checked. I think I lost it when I tried to exit.

Exiting should not effect data negatively. Can you describe the exact steps from end game to realization data is lost?

Which device are you using IOS or android? Do you have the latest version? 3.09.141. For apple, not sure on droid.

I had the same exact issue and they kept telling me that I must have hit delete. I know I didn't because you have to type "YES" to confirm the deletion, and I KNOW that i didn't do that! Luckily, I had already emailed myself the game, so I was able to re-enter every single pitch. It was a real pain in the neck. But now I am glad to see that someone else has had this issue and that maybe they will fix this bug.

prior versions did not require the YES to delete confirmation. Folks were inadvertently deleting.. hence the typing step

, to date, I do not recall hearing of an incident where a game actually was lost w/o a delete. so far i believe, every case emailed to support@iscoresports.com has been resolved. (of course always a first time, but do not think i have seen it yet)
