I cannot seem to do this, but how do you switch a pitcher mid-game with a DH is hitting for him in the lineup?

When I click on the pitchers position, it doesn't even let me select the current pitcher, because he is not batting. When I go to the lineup and change the pitcher, the program no longer recognizes my pitchers for the rest of the game (pitcher is then referred to as "unknown").

Does anyone know how to do it right? Or will this have to be included in a future update?
