I assume you mean home team batting... When visitors come to bat, you can use " misc > end inning " to get to home team.
You will loose pitching and fielding stats....and visitors score

to keep a correct game score, but not stats on the other team, just hit home run every time they score a run then misc-end inning at three outs.
