At Bat vs Plate Appearance

The "At Bat vs Plate Appearance" stats seem off in that the the "At Bat" seems higher than it should be. Has anyone complained about this issue before?
We have not heard of that issue before. What is the situation that seems to be causing it for you? What was the result of each of the batter's plate appearances, and what is it should for the counts?
