Absent Player

If a regular player is absent from a game, how do you remove him from the line temporarily?
I believe you also emailed us, and we responded there, but just in case others read this question and are wondering, here is a paraphrase of that response:
In the Lineup screen there is a circular minus sign to the left of each player. Touch that and then touch delete to remove the player from the lineup for that game only. He will not be removed from the Roster in Team Manager, only from the lineup for that game. This should be done before pressing "Play!" to start the game so the player is not thought to be there when the game starts.
