i understand that the catcher is credited with a put out if a third strike is not dropped, but i really think the pitcher should still get credit. not sure why this is the case but my main question is in little league where dropped third strike is not a part of the game, how does one turn that function off so the pitcher and not the catcher gets the put out? i dont see where to make that a setting like a six inning game, etc.

There is no such setting for this. Stats calculations are computed using standard baseball scoring rules.

We follow the rules of baseball for scoring put outs. Pitchers do not get credit for put outs. They get credit for Strike Outs.
