Pinch Runner

How do I pinch run for someone? There is a player on our team whom we pinch run for late in games cause of knee problems. Is there a way to pinch run?
With the current version, there really is not a good way to put in a pinch runner as substitutions only work for the batter or defensive players. The closest you would be able to come is to make the change when the team returns to defense.
We just released a version to the app store a couple days ago (awaiting Apple's approval) that does allow pinch runners. It allows any substitutions at any time for any player in a very streamlined approach. It generally takes about a week for Apple to approve applications.
