Error on throw and runner advances to next base

The batter hits to short stop. The short stop makes a bat throw which results in the runner advancing to second on the error on the short stop. The runner gets on with an E6, does the runner advance to second on and E6 or on the throw. If the error is charged to the short stop for the runner advancing to second, is the short stop charged with two errors or just one?

Assuming you are starting this play with no one on base and the "runner" advancing to 2B is the batter/runner (as defined by ASA rulebook to distinguish it's the batter) then the batter/runner advanced to 2B on the same error and iScore should only charge 1 error on the play but the advancement would be credited to the SS's error when scoring it, not "on the throw".

Egghead_#8 is correct.
in iscore on that play you can tap advance "error" for both 1st and 2nd base on a continuous entry in iscore and it is programed to correctly give only 1 error in stat book to the short stop as it was only one physical error, (albeit a two base error).
