I provided my customer ID to our entire team so that they could go online and view the game and stats as they happen on iscorecast.com. Well, several of those parents are no longer on the team and I'd like to ensure they can no longer view our data. Since the customer ID can not be changed, if I removed iScoreCast from my device and re-purchased it, would I be assigned a new customer ID number? Is there another way to allow people to view game results without giving my customer ID, in the event our current players play for a rival team? I do not have a team website through iScore.

The customer ID is tied to your device and there is not a way to change it. Here are the options:

If you create a team website, then instead of sending out a customer ID, you can send out the Team Name. For exmaple,. if you had an iScore Team Website called "bullets2012", you could tell people to enter "bullets2012" instead of your customer ID. Then if you got a new team next year, you would give them the new team website name.
