I just purchased a Motorola Droid Razr M....would like to import my data.

I've reloaded the application and it has given me a new Customer ID#5ysfxwrk9m

Do I need a new password to import data or anything like that?

Once you have the app on your new device, you can transfer data between two devices using data sharing as described here:

If you have "team site" subscription, you can transfer the master device associated with the team from the "admin web site"
