iScore Crash plus Missing Scorecards

Just before our first game today, I did a hard reset for the iPad 2 (held the home and sleep/wake buttons), which I've done before with no problems. This time, all iScore data was wiped out. A message said that I must enter at least one league. I tried to do that, thinking I would still be able to score the games, but iScore instantly crashed when i tried to enter anything. So, I scored the first two games on paper and the third game on my iPhone, which I had never done before and found interestingly compact. Once at home, I imported all data from the server and entered the three games by hand. All is fine, except that the scorecards are not showing up on the website, even though I've emailed them to myself a couple of times. I'm on version 4.0.

Questions: (1) any idea why the crash?, (2) how do I get the scorecards to show up on the website?, and (3) how do I move--is it possible to move--one scored game from my iPhone to the iPad without overwriting or losing anything? I'm afraid to export or import from the iPhone. I tried a bluetooth connection, but that didn't seem to work.

1. Doing a hard reset of your iPad can cause things to get corrupt if the device happened to be writing to storage at the time of the reset. To check if your iScore data was corrupted (and fix it), do an Options -> Export in iScore, then log in to the Admin Website for that device at http://my.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, then tap the Maintenance link in the upper right corner. If your database is corrupt, you will be given the option to repair it, then import back to your device.

2. If you scored on your iPhone, but your team website is linked to your iPad, the scorecards will not show up on the website. You would need to have the game on your iPad to get the scorecard to show on the website.

3. You can use Data Sharing to transfer games between your devices as documented here:

http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq ... _share.php

However, if the data on your iPad is corrupt, the data share will not work until the database is repaired (which #1 above would do).

I did a new export, went to Maintenance, and optimized, which I hadn't done for some time. No Scorecards. There was no mention of any corruption. (I did do the reset before leaving iScore, which I suspected was the problem. I had just entered the last names of a couple of new girls.) On the Admin website, when I click the scorecard, I get a "could not find scorecard" message. I only scored one game on my iPhone and that game was entered by hand into the iPad. (All three games were entered into the iPad by hand.) Everything also is said to have been synchronized.
