Exporting to new ipad

Ok. My iPad crashed but I had always backed up four years of data to the admin website. Now I got a new iPad and when I reloaded the app, I got a new user I'd for this iPad and for the admin website so how do I get the data from the admin website with the old device id to my new iPad that has a new user device id?
