Heres the scenario that happened in a Braves/Phillies game

Heyward was on 3rd base with one out. Freeman grounded to the pitcher who caught heyward in a rundown. He was tagged out 1-5-2

Freeman was than tagged out trying to go to 2nd base 2-4

The official scorer ruled it as a fielders choice double play…. i couldn't quite figure out how to accurately score this in Iscore.

any help?

Make sure minimize questions is turned off.

In play - fielders choice
Runner at third - out home 1-5-2
Batter - out, second, double play

non routine Double plays are tricky..

…. a small addendum to Mark's post..
To capture all the defensive stats.. You need to enter ALL the touches involved with all outs..
so 1-5-2-4 to credit the second out defensively. (1-5-2-2-4 also works)
(pitcher assist, 3rd B assist, Catcher Put out and assist, 2B put out)
