Catcher Blocking Plate

In the wake of Buster Posey's serious injury, MLB has a new rule prohibiting catchers from blocking the plate. I have not seen a live game or a game reviewed on MLB TV where a catcher has been called for blocking. I am assuming that the High School rules have followed suit with their own rule against blocking. This will be an important, but difficult rule to enforce. What if the catcher comes up the 3B line to catch the throw, and in doing so, blocks the plate? I am curious if anyone in the Forum or Support has game experience with this rule and its implementation. Thanks.

Oh yes This rule has been used many times in MLB this year. was pretty big on sports talk radio last week after Reds Marlins game

Google July 31 2014 Reds Marlins Game highlights and see the rule applied in mlb

I don't want dangerous collisions but that should be an out to me

( Btw - the rule does not change anything to do w iScore, just note the tag out and add commentary in notes )
