New league/ new season

I have started a new league for this season. I scored the first 3 games and exported the info. How come when the parents sign in to iscore cast.com only last season is there? Does each league/season need a new user ID?

Be sure to assign that league to the team and export again.

Be sure you are logging in to iScorecast with the customer ID seen on the Options screen in iScore. Sometimes when people get a new device they do not realize the Customer ID has changed.

But I didn't get a new device. I am using the same id I had. All I did was start a new league.

I just doubled checked. The ID on options screen is the same one. I am hoping to score live tomorrow and need to figure this out ASAP. Thanks!

I think I misunderstood in my first response.
Did you create a new league or a new team?

It sounds like maybe you do not have iScorecast enabled then. Go to Options in iScore and enable the iScorecast option. For the games that you already scored, go to Game Manager, select the game, and select iScorecast Synchronize for any game that is not appearing to send it up to the iScorecast server.
