I'm still evaluating this, but the possibilities really have me excited.
Nonetheless, I'm a database person, and am most interested in what the database dump that gets exported to your servers looks like - to perhaps integrate with my own (XML-based) databases. I've seen mention of exporting CSV files as well as HTML and PDF files, but nothing about the full database to anywhere but your servers. Do the CSV files contain all the data that gets exported?
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Re: Local Import/Export of Full Database?
We do not give access to the database itself. It is our own proprietary format, and we make changes as needed from version to version to support new functionality. We would not be able to support customers if they start digging around the database itself.
We try and make everything available that customers need through the CSV, Excel, PDF, and HTML data. If there is any specific data you need that we are not providing through these exports, let us know and we will likely add it to a future version. By keeping an internal representation and an external representation, it allows us to make the changes we need from version to version without worrying about breaking something that someone else has decided to do with the data.
Thank you.

Re: Local Import/Export of Full Database?
Thank you for the quick response. I fully understand about evolving underlying data structures (which is why I've been moving toward standards like SportsML for saving and distributing data).
I guess the best way to find out is to give it a try.
