EH in addition to DH

In many tournaments (or even leagues), I have found that the rules allow for EH as well as DH. I know it has been proposed in the past that EH is nothing more than just another DH. While that is technically not true (DH is substitute batter for the pitcher). Also when displaying positions, only first occurrence of the position appears. That is great for position players, but if there is more than one DH, only the first has position listed next to them in the batting order. Would be nice to display DH next to each player assigned that position.

What we have actually proposed is that you can have batters that have no position at all. Just set Batting = YES for any extra hitters you have. They do not have a position --- they are just in the batting lineup as a batter. If they ever enter a fielding position, then they can be assigned a position.
