Lacrosse Scorebook App Support

Post by Laxdad » Sat Feb 13, 2016 6:56 am

Just downloaded your app and really like it compared to some of the others we have used, however have a few requests/questions.

Tutorial 3 is a duplicate of Tutorial 1. It does not contain information for scorecast and twitter cast

URL for iscorecast does not load. It is the url located in the iscorecast toggle bar area in options

Email link from game section sends you to app store to purchase app. Is this the only way people can view the iscorecast?

Thanks so much.

Thank you for bringing the tutorial issue to our attention. We will get that checked out.

For the Scorecasts, you will need to use the "iScore Central" application (a free download on the Apple App Store).

Which app is the emailed link sending you to?

It takes you to iscore baseball/softball scorebook which is a 10 dollar app. Also would be helpful to remove url in iscorecast options if that isn't how you can watch iscorecast game feed. The url is http://www.lacrosse.iscorecast.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and it is denoted as the viewer url which could cause confusion.

Overall this is a great app overall and a huge leap forward from what we have been able to find in past.

App has been cracshing at random times when I am trying to put in a goal. Select player then shot. Select goal and then when I hit done it crashes, often repeatedly. Turning off iPad or shutting down app doesn't help

What version of iPad are you using, and what version of iOS? We are not seeing this when testing with our iPad Air 2 running iOS 9.2.1.

Ioad 4 with iOS 9.2.1. Does not happen consistently. For example just had 12-4 game that it did it on final goal. All others worked fine. Previous game 15-3 happened two or three times

On the iscorecast feed, it shows a pushing penalty as kicking.

I also ran into a bug the other night after I downloaded the lacrosse app. As soon as a player is released from a penalty, either automatically or be the user, the app closes every time.

I'm using an iPad Air2 running iOS 9.3.1.

This app looks like it will be exactly what we want to use, but this bug needs to be fixed before we can commit to using it full time.

Is there any timetable on getting another version released to address other known issues?

Thanks!
