After a game is over, there is no easy way to return to the main iScore window (to enter team manager, for example). The only way I have found is to exit iScore and enter again. This could be fix with a "Return to Main" or a similar button in the game over window.

I agree. Something on the "Game over" screen would be nice to allow you to return to the main menu, or to revisit points in the game to make corrections.
